While I haven't made any of the recipes in this book yet, my first impression is surprise at how thin it is. I suppose I should have read the description closer as it does state that it's 48 pages I must admit I was shocked at just how this this book is.
As a diabetic trying to be a good boy and eat what I should, to see a book that has no more recipes in it than this book has leaves one with the impression that there's very little left that a diabetic can safely consume. I'm sure each and every one is quite tasty and intend to find out, I just wish there were more.
